About Nevin

A licensed real estate broker in New York and Florida, Nevin is also an attorney specializing in the areas of real estate, business, U.S. immigration, and Canadian immigration.

While he enjoys the legal side of real estate transactions, Nevin prefers the role of real estate broker more. When working with Nevin, his clients benefit from his legal expertise as a real estate attorney as well as his knowledge of the market as a real estate broker.

About Richard

In addition to his career as a licensed real estate agent, Richard has been an educator, consultant, and mentor for over 25 years. As an educator, Richard has taught middle and high school level social studies courses within the Buffalo Public School system. As an education consultant, Richard works with numerous education, non-profit, and cultural organizations. His primary goal is to ensure that an organization’s programs and projects meet or exceed standards established by New York State’s Department of Education. As a mentor, Richard acts as a cooperating teacher and liaison for many colleges and universities throughout the Western New York area.

In addition to being a licensed Agent, David has been an educator in the Buffalo region for over 25 years. Within that time, he has taught English to students ranging in age from middle school to adulthood and has served as both an Assistant Principal and Principal. His goal has always been to lead as a visionary to re-imagine education and serve those students who have been traditionally and historically underserved
